Welcome to Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC (“Kasey Kathleen Photography,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and photography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before booking.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC provides professional photography services, including (but not limited to) weddings, elopements, families, boudoir, and content related to those sessions. Services may include digital galleries, albums, prints, films, and other photography-related deliverables.

2. Booking & Payments

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your session or event date.
Retainers secure your date and are applied toward your total balance.
Remaining balances must be paid in full by the due date stated in your invoice. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information when booking.
Clients are responsible for ensuring cooperation of participants at sessions and for securing necessary permissions at venues.
Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC is not responsible for restricted photography locations, lateness, or non-cooperation of subjects.

4. Creative Rights & Style

By booking, clients acknowledge that they are familiar with Kasey Kathleen Photography’s artistic style and portfolio, and that final images will reflect that style.
Editing, retouching, and artistic decisions are at the sole discretion of Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC.
Raw, unedited files will not be released under any circumstances.

5. Use of Images

Clients receive a personal use license to print, share, and post images delivered through their online gallery.
Images may not be sold, altered, given to third parties (such as other businesses), or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use them for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitations & Disclaimers

While every effort is made to capture important moments, Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC is not liable for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, lighting restrictions, guest interference).
We are not liable for uncooperative subjects, missed expressions, or other issues outside our reasonable control.
Technology and storage methods are used with care, but we are not liable for data loss due to unforeseen technical failures.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations

In the event of client cancellation, retainers are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, emergency, or weather at the discretion of Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC.
If Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC must cancel due to emergency or illness, all monies paid will be refunded and reasonable efforts will be made to help secure a replacement photographer if applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC. Clients are granted a limited personal use license as outlined in Section 5.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Updates to Terms

Kasey Kathleen Photography, LLC may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
